Jen is a Christian Health Practitioner and Eating Psychology Coach who helps women overcome weight gain, metabolic issues, emotional eating, and fatigue through a root-cause approach that addresses nutrition, lifestyle habits, and mindset.
During your sessions, we’ll take a deep dive into your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and goals using a variety of assessment tools. Once we understand what’s keeping you stuck, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and lasting change — so you can feel your best inside and out.
Sessions are held virtually (by video or phone), typically every other week for the first three months. Jen offers two signature coaching programs — Strong Foundation and Overcome Overeating — tailored to your specific wellness goals.
