The Genesis Prescription is an 8-week live online class series designed to help you align your physical, mental, and spiritual health with God’s original design for wellness.
This is more than just a class—it’s an 8-week challenge.
Each week, you’ll focus on building one foundational pillar of health while being rooted in Scripture and supported with simple, science-backed steps—so you can create real, lasting change without overwhelm.
We don’t try to fix everything at once.
We build one rhythm at a time—so it actually sticks.
This is a faith-based, proven framework I’ve been trained to teach, and I’ll be guiding you through it in a way that is practical and applicable to your everyday life.

Program Details
Start Date: Monday, April 6.
Length: 8 weeks
Live Calls: Mondays at 1:00 PM CST (45 minutes, via Zoom)
Format: Live weekly teaching + Q&A, along with resource guides and daily posts for education and encouragement. You’ll also have the option to engage with others inside a private Facebook group for added support and accountability, and to track your new habits.
Replays: All class calls will be recorded and available to watch later if you’re unable to attend live.
