The Genesis Prescription is an 8-week online program designed to help you align your physical, mental, and spiritual health with God’s original design for wellness.

This is more than just information—it’s a guided group experience where you’ll be supported, coached, and encouraged as you implement these rhythms in your everyday life.

Each week, you’ll focus on building one foundational pillar of health while being rooted in Scripture and supported with simple, science-backed steps—so you can create real, lasting change without overwhelm.

We don’t try to fix everything at once.

We build one rhythm at a time—so it actually sticks.

And you won’t be doing it alone.

You’ll have support, encouragement, and accountability from both me and the group—so you can stay consistent and keep moving forward.

This is a faith-based, proven framework I’ve been trained to teach, and I’ll be guiding you through it in a way that is practical and applicable to your everyday life.
