What We Focus On
We’ll start by taking a deep dive into your current symptoms and health history through a detailed Wellness Questionnaire that evaluates 20 key areas of imbalance, including digestion, blood sugar regulation, stress, and hormones. Based on those results, optional lab testing, and your personal goals, we’ll create a plan focused on simple, sustainable steps so you can gradually lose excess weight, reduce inflammation, restore energy, and feel confident in your body.
Real Food and Hydration: Learn how to fuel your body with whole, nourishing foods the way God created them—without strict rules or tracking everything you eat. You’ll discover how nutrient-dense, balanced meals and optimal hydration support energy, metabolism, and fat loss while keeping you full and satisfied.
Balanced Blood Sugar + Macronutrients: I teach you how to pair protein, carbs, and healthy fats in a way that stabilizes blood sugar, reduces cravings, and supports healthy metabolism. When your blood sugar is steady, your body becomes more efficient at burning fat and maintaining a healthy weight—no deprivation required.
Stress Management: You’ll learn realistic strategies to calm your nervous system and bring your body out of survival mode—helping hormones rebalance, digestion improve, and fat storage release. Reducing chronic stress is one of the most overlooked keys to sustainable weight loss and better energy.

Fitness + Movement: I’ll help you create a movement plan that fits your life and goals—whether that means building strength, losing body fat, or simply staying consistent. You’ll learn to move in ways that feel life-giving and joyful, boosting your energy and mood rather than leading to exhaustion or burnout.
Connecting to Nature: God designed nature as a healing tool for the body and mind. You’ll learn how sunlight, fresh air, and grounding can support your circadian rhythm, reduce inflammation, and restore balance in your nervous system.
Lab Testing and Supplements: We can incorporate blood work or HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) to take an objective look inside your body. While we always begin with nutrition and lifestyle foundations, supplements can sometimes provide the extra support your body needs for deeper healing.

How It Works
Coaching is done virtually—either over video or phone, depending on your preference. W begin by taking an in-depth look at your current symptoms, health history, Wellness Questionnaire, labs (optional), and food journal to understand the root causes of your health concerns.
From there, we’ll design a customized wellness plan that fits your season of life and how you best implement change. Each plan comes with recipe ideas, educational handouts, and habit formation tools to help you be successful at following through with the changes we discuss.
Sessions are initially scheduled every 1–2 weeks to build momentum and accountability. As you grow more confident and educated to implement your plan, we’ll gradually space out sessions. Because we implement changes gradually so you can learn and try new steps without feeling overwhelmed, most people need at least 3 months of coaching to reach their goals and create healthy habits that stick.
